As the legal profession continues to be targeted by scams and attacks from cyber criminals, the SRA identifies key risk areas and suggests that solutions need not be expensive or difficult to implement.
They suggest things like:
* ensuring employees are educated to avoid guessable passwords,
* not opening attachments in unsolicited e-mails and not using personal e-mail to send and receive work-related documents.
This problem is not going away, so all firms will have to take steps to address it.
