Jeremy is a licensing and disciplinary silk who now uniquely combines the highest levels of academic expertise and advocacy as barrister after following an equally successful career as a partner in leading regional and international law firms. Jeremy has been addressing issues of individuals’ fitness and propriety for more than four decades in a wide range of professional and sporting arenas. 

In 2020, after more than 35 years in a wide range of leadership roles in separate regional, national and international solicitors’ firms, Jeremy joined forces once again with his former partner in a solicitors’ practice, Geoff Williams KC, to make a truly formidable professional disciplinary team at the Bar. 

Jeremy also sits on the Lawn Tennis Association Disciplinary Panel, the Professional Conduct Panel of the Teaching Regulation Agency and Sports Resolutions’ Mediation & Development Arbitration Panels. He is Head of Francis Taylor Building’s Arbitrators & Mediators Panel.
